Well, it's a good day today. Since September my life has been on

hold
while we brought the 2 businesses together. Every weekend; 5 Test data loads and practises; staff testing; issue solving; business process change, and this weekend we toiled the clock round, finally loading the last piece of data today at 1432hrs. I actually felt the pressure lift. Now a day of testing, and the merged business comes online on Wednesday. It feels good - even the pent up work load now looming in my diary over the next few weeks didn't phase me.!
I am going climbing the first weekend of December though, so that will be a break away. Camping in North Wales - Tryfan and the Glyders - that should blow the cobwebs away.
Boats will be revisited shortly, before Christmas, and maybe decisions made - watch this space!!
